Unforgettable moment of a fat man

I grew to meet myself fat,because I came from a family where we had all to eat .That is how it has been till date.Finishing my higher institution, i did not serve in any other place aside from my father’s company we got it all worked out.Mine was a child born with a silver spoon .

My crave for food especialy fried rice and chickeñ with minerals made the fatty explosion worse…I love chocolate and ice-cream to a fault.From childhood I never really had anybody to scold me about my excessive eating habit and my love for sugary things.

Am a full grown man now and I intend to get married soon.Luckily I got a girl and we love each other well.The relationship is about six month now.Yesterday night been “Friday”(Friday night).I decided to take her out for a treat.

This is the most embarrassing moment in my life.We stopped at a new classical eatery. where rich men children normally go to eat all the eatables. I sat in a chair, i thought was comfortable for me and my not too slim baby sat beside me.We both took my usuals and we made to leave.

She stood up first and I did struggled to stand up,but to my disapppintment and shame,i struggled to stand up.with the expensive made chair,heavily gumed to my arse (buttocks) .At first I thought it was a joke,but it wasn’t. (Readers l hope am relating this well). Two more people had to come and help me out .After much pushing ,pulling here and there, my clothes for outing got torned,I was at last separated from this undesirable element called chair.

Words can’t describe what I felt .My woman just kept saying it well,but am sure she was embarrassed too. Words were flowing into my ears from the table at the far end,”Oh man you need to reduce””.Mr man take care of your fatty””

Today,I had taken a decision that I ought to have taken since,. I got registered at a gym.The exercises were tough, but am going to manage and cope.

MY ADVICE TO YOU OUT THERE

  1. Control your eating habits.Having it all does not mean, you eat them all. Give to those that needs especially this period of covid,-19.
  2. Indulge in fasting to shed body fats.
  3. Avoid food with lots of oil and sugary feeds.
  4. D’on’t just seat there.Always do some exercises at home.
  5. Most importantly, don’t let others discourage you and don’t discourage yourself.
